The tasting room and garden of Préselő, one of Erdőbénye's latest start-up wineries, was a great new venue added to the 8th edition of Wine, Shine, Bénye, the Tokaj region's best wine and music festival. While turnout seemed to have dropped from last year's, some winemakers recorded a record turnover, which is a clear sign of the festival having found the audience it was originally designed for: those that prefer a familiar and laid-back festival atmosphere in an uncrowded ambience, and are ready to pay the high admission fee and for the expensive food and wine that come with it.

The charming village of Erdőbénye (colloquially abbreviated to Bénye) has since 2009 been home to Wine, Shine, Bénye (Bor, Mámor, Bénye in HU) that features makeshift stages and outdoor lounges in the gardens of a dozen local wineries to create the setting that brings the audience as close as possible to perfomers and winemakers alike.
